Electronmash has completed a turnkey project for the construction of a 110/35 kV substation for the solar park of the Laganskaya SPP.

The company has signed a major contract with Unigreen Engineering LLC for the construction of a transformer substation with a capacity of 63 MW.

The natural potential for the development of renewable energy in Kalmykia is one of the most promising in Russia. Solar power plants help reduce dependence on traditional energy sources and contribute to the creation of new jobs, which has a positive impact on the economy and social infrastructure of the Republic. During the construction of the Laganskaya SPP, about 200 jobs were created in total, and 40 more will be added during operation.

At the moment, Electronmash has completed all land works under the general contract, completed the construction of foundations for equipment and buildings. In July 2024, a block-modular building, Indoor switchgear and a 110kV power transformer were installed on the site.

Electronmash supplied 20 cells of the Eltema switchgear with a rated current of 2000A busbars. Also, the Assol auxiliary switchboard, with a rated current of 400A busbars, manufactured on the basis of the LVS Assol design. In addition, the ExOnSys-S 80A direct operating current  system has been installed, which is equipped with a flexible monitoring, diagnostic and control system with an advanced analytical tool that allows to increase the reliability of power supply to responsible consumers and the functioning of power supply systems.

The planned date of completion and commissioning of the facility is scheduled for September 2024. JSC "Electronmash" is proud of its contribution to the development of green energy and continues to demonstrate high standards in the implementation of such projects.
