The 6kV "Eltima" switchgear was put into operation at the Shkapina NPP of JSC "Teploset St. Petersburg"

The NPS reconstruction project provided for the replacement of electrical equipment and repair of the 6 kV switchgear room, installation of a reactive power compensation unit and a modern 0.4 kV switchboard, as well as replacement of power transformers and 6 kV cable lines feeding pumping units of the pumping station. As a result of the reconstruction, St. Petersburg Heating Network JSC has improved the reliability of heat supply to more than 1,000 buildings in the Admiralteysky district.
Manufactured by Electronmash, the 6 kV Eltima switchgear for the Shkapina NPP is distinguished by its compact size, modern approach to maintenance, and high-quality components from leading manufacturers. Data exchange with MP RPA terminals is provided in accordance with IEC 61850.
Modern electrical equipment installed during the reconstruction will ensure reliable operation of the Shkapina NPP for 25 years.
