The company has manufactured and supplied four modular transformer substations and a unique energy storage system as part of the expansion of the capacity of the solar power plant.

The Gazpromneft Omsk oil refinery is one of the most high-tech refineries in Russia and one of the largest in the world. The annual volume of oil refining is more than 21 million tons. In terms of a set of processes and technological parameters, the company surpasses most refineries in the world.

In 2008, Gazprom Neft began a large-scale modernization of the enterprise with a total investment of more than 500 billion rubles until 2025. Work is actively underway to expand the solar power plant operating at the enterprise from 1 MW to 20 MW. Future capacities will provide up to 20% of the plant's consumption with green energy. The general contractor of the project is Gazpromneft-Energoservice LLC.

Electronmash designed, manufactured and supplied four substations 2BKTS-ELM-2500/6/0.8 with a capacity of 20 MVA to the facility. And one 3BKTS-ELM-2500/6/0.4 with a capacity of 7.5 MVA equipped with an energy storage system.

ESS includes advanced solutions based on supercapacitors that provide high reliability and efficiency in energy flow management. Managing all the elements of the ESS: The Eltema 6 kV switchgear, 2500 kVA and 160 kVA power transformers, the Assol 0.4 kV switchgear, the ExOnSys DC System of the S series, implements an ACS cabinet, which makes it easy to perform the target function of the system - the conversion of electricity between the power grid and the battery (supercapacitor).

Electronmash performed not only the supply of equipment, but also a set of works on its commissioning. The company's specialists successfully carried out installation supervision and commissioning of the ESS, ensuring high-quality and timely installation and commissioning of equipment at the facility. Special attention was paid to the integration of equipment into the existing infrastructure of the plant. The ESS equipment has been put into trial operation, which will allow evaluating its performance and reliability in real conditions. This stage is an important step towards further improvement of the Omsk oil refinery.

We express our sincere gratitude to Gazpromneft-Energoservice LLC for the trust shown and the choice of the Electronmash company as a partner for the implementation of such a significant project. This cooperation is a vivid example of successful cooperation in the framework of modernization of energy infrastructure and the introduction of advanced technologies. We are confident that further partnership will bring even more significant results and will become the basis for new promising projects.
