Pre-commissioning of the Eltema 6kV MVS was delivered and carried out for the needs of the Marine Ice-resistant stationary platform of the D33 deposit in Kaliningrad.

The project for the development of reserves of the D33 deposit by the method of multi-stage transportation of deposits from the production platform to onshore facilities, owned by LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft LLC, is located certainly in the Baltic Sea, 57 km from the coast of the Curonian Spit in the Kaliningrad region. This is the largest field of Lukoil discovered recently on the shelf of the Baltic Sea. Its reserves amount to about 21 million tons of oil. The capacity of the offshore platform for oil will be 1.5 million tons per year, for gas – 42,000 cubic meters. m per year, by liquid (condensate)– about 3.24 million tons per year.

Within the framework of the project, the specialists of Electronmash have developed and delivered an innovative product — the cells of the Eltema 6kV MVS that fully meets the requirements of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS). The delivery of 50 cells with a rated busbar current of 1250A and a degree of protection, according to the requirements of the operating conditions in the Baltic Sea – IP42, was completed.

The operating conditions of electrical equipment at offshore installations are more severe than at land-based facilities. First of all, the MVS cells must work reliably at vibrations from 2 to 100 Hz, therefore, a reinforced housing has been developed to level seismic loads, providing additional strength and reliability. To protect against the penetration of droplets and solid objects with a size of 1 mm or more, the cells were equipped with visors to meet the high requirements of IP 42. At the same time, special handles were installed on the hull for ease of use and maintenance of equipment in conditions of sea rolling.

At the initial stage of the project, the company received the RMRS certificate of the SKK2 form. The RMRS inspector conducted a detailed inspection of the quality control system for compliance with the requirements of the rules of technical supervision. Since the results turned out to be positive, and previously CTA marine registers were obtained at the Eltema MVS, now Electronmash can inspect and test products independently.

In addition, due to the special geopolitical position of the delivery facility, we were faced with a difficult task of equipment logistics. But the forces of Electronmash managed to avoid special difficulties. Multimodal transportation was organized from St. Petersburg to the facility in the Kaliningrad region: by road and by ferry across the Baltic Sea.

The necessary pre-commissioning works were carried out at the facility, which were successful. This confirms the high level of competence and professionalism of the Electronmash team, as well as our ability to develop and implement modern technological solutions in the field of energy and automation for such large customers as PJSC Lukoil.

The Electronmash company continues to move forward, improving its products and expanding the range of services provided in order to meet the highest standards and requirements of Customers. Electronmash thanks PJSC Lukoil for the trust. We hope for a fruitful continuation of successful cooperation.
