Electronmash has signed a contract for the manufacture and supply of a 6/0.4 kV workshop substation for the Rustark starch production plant.

Electronmash specialists have designed equipment for a closed transformer station of one of Russia's largest grain processing enterprises.
Rustark LLC will complete the reconstruction of the plant in Gulkevichsky district of Krasnodar Krai in 2026. Within its framework, it is planned to gradually increase the processing capacity to 1,200 tons of raw materials per day.
JSC Electronmash has successfully manufactured an in-house 2KTP-ELM-3200/6/0.4 kV, which includes: Eltema 6 kV medium voltage switchgears, Assol low-voltage switchgear with a rated current of 6300 A and power transformers with a capacity of 3200 kVA. In addition, a 0.4 kV reactive power compensation device was manufactured on its own, which further increased the energy efficiency of the solution. The equipment is assembled using domestic circuit breakers of the proven brand "KEAZ", which confirms the company's commitment to the use of high-quality Russian components.
The planned delivery time for the equipment to the Rustark LLC facility is scheduled for mid-February 2025.
It is worth noting that the design of LVS for such high currents requires special attention to technical solutions. Electronmash specialists carried out a thorough calculation of dynamic short-circuit loads, selection of busbar holders and circuit breakers with the necessary breaking capacity. An efficient system for heat removal from live tires and equipment was designed in the design of the LVS, using forced ventilation and silvering of the contact pads. Thermal tests were also carried out, according to the results of which a positive protocol was received from an accredited laboratory.
