JSC "Electronmash" has manufactured and shipped a set of electrical equipment for the power supply system of the Mikheevsky Mining and Processing Plant
28 July 2018

To work in a single technological chain (power supply on the 10 kV side of the 220/10 kV Mikheevsky GOK GPP, power supply to 10 kV ball mills, as well as power supply to the propulsion load of the flotation workshop of the Auxiliary Production Complex), the facility has: ELTIMA switchgear, designed for a thermal resistance current of 50 kA (for an existing 10 kV switchgear, as well as as part of a 10 kV switchgear in a high-availability modular building), several 0.69 and 0.4 kV Assol switchgear for a rated busbar current of 3200 and 5000 A, an operational current cabinet "ExOn".
All the equipment is manufactured taking into account the need to work in aggressive environments of the plant: control cabinets have protection class IP41 and insulated copper busbars.
The supplied equipment is integrated into the plant's unified dispatching control system according to the IEC 60870-5-104 and IEC 61850 data transmission protocols.
The equipment for the 220/10 kV Mikheevsky GOK GPP is the result of successful cooperation. In 2017, JSC Electronmash manufactured the 10 kV ELTEMA CRU for 220/10 kV Concentrating substation and RU-10 kV Concentrating Plant.
