JSC Electronmash has completed a range of works on the manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of electrical equipment for the Omsk Oil Refinery (PJSC Gazprom Neft)
25 January 2019

Gazpromneft-ONPZ JSC, a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, is one of the most modern oil refineries in Russia and one of the largest in the world. The installed capacity of the enterprise is about 20.5 million tons of oil per year.
For TP-173, JSC Electronmash installed a 6 kV Eltima control panel with a minimum cabinet size of 570 mm, which allowed the Customer to optimize the dimensions of the TP building. To power the ozone production unit, channel coolers and other technological load on the 0.4 kV side, MCC panels and MCC shields are installed, manufactured on the basis of NKU Assol using extendable modules, with an internal separation type of 4b and an IP41 degree of protection, and for powering the TP's own needs, a heating system is provided, also using extendable modules.
To provide the functions of central, emergency and audible alarms, a CA cabinet was installed in the TP-173, and an ExOn SHOT cabinet was installed to organize the operational DC system. To collect and transfer information from the TP equipment to the Customer's top-level system, the substation is equipped.
Many years of experience in implementing complex projects at industrial facilities allowed JSC Electronmash to manufacture, supply and commissioning a complex of electrical equipment to provide electricity to the catalytic cracking gas purification unit at the Omsk Refinery on time.
