"ExOnChar" DC Charger is a modular charging and rectifying device from the DC systems "ExOnSys" line. It was designed for supplying direct current consumers and charging battery banks at power plants and substations up to 750 kV.

01 Stable power supply for consumers

"ExOnChar" DC Charger instantly responds to any change in load, maintaining the stability of the output voltage and the accuracy of the charging current for acid, alkaline, or lithium-ion batteries. The fast response of the control system for the rectifying modules ensures stable operation of voltage-sensitive electrical receivers in any operating mode of the direct current network, while continuous monitoring of the insulation of the direct current busbars allows for the prompt detection of any damage that may occur.

02 The high power factor

The high power factor of "ExOnChar" DC Charger allows for the reduction of reactive power load on transformers during the battery charging process. Low electromagnetic emissions ensure electromagnetic compatibility with sensitive AC consumers, while the high efficiency reduces costs for supplying power to auxiliary needs.

03 High reliability and product quality

The high reliability of "ExOnChar" DC Charger, designed with consideration for the operational features at various power engineering facilities under different temperature and load conditions, is confirmed by test protocols from independent testing centers. The use of high-quality DC switching devices, power electronics, and an efficiently organized manufacturing process allows us to provide the customer with reliable electrical equipment that meets any special project requirements.

04 Ease of operation and maintenance

The placement of the rectifier modules of "ExOnChar" DC Charger on special shelves ensures free access for hot swapping, repairs, and maintenance. The necessary set of indicators and the built-in monitoring system allow for a quick assessment of the main parameters of the DC Charger. QR codes placed on the fronts of the cabinets provide staff with quick access to the technical documentation for the equipment and contact numbers for the technical support center.

05 Monitoring, diagnostics and management

The DC Charger integrates directly using a full range of data transmission protocols, including IEC 61850, with monitoring systems for DC systems, automated process control systems (APCS), telemechanics, SCADA systems, adaptive distribution management systems (ADMS), and other information-analytical systems.

The monitoring and control system of the DC Charger ensures high accuracy in maintaining the current and voltage for battery charging with temperature compensation. It also enables special manual charging modes, diagnostics, and transmission of information about the technical condition of the device's internal systems.

06 Low total cost of ownership

Special prices on components from leading Russian and foreign manufacturers, a modern machine park, and a short production cycle create an optimal cost for the equipment.
