25 years of development and technological growth

In November 2024, JSC Electronmash celebrated its 25th anniversary. During this time, we have gone from a small engineering company to one of the leading companies in the field of energy supply, automation and high-tech engineering.

Today we are a full—cycle manufacturing company with our own engineering, design and technological competencies. The range of manufactured equipment includes a wide range of solutions for digital substations and industrial facilities. Our solutions are used in facilities where losses are not comparable to the cost of equipment, and reliability and trouble— free operation are key requirements.

Digitalization of processes and equipment as part of the company's DNA

For us, digitalization is not a trend, but an internal driving force for development, optimization and sustainability. One of the most striking examples is the large—scale transformation of the warehouse, implemented in 2021. Together with iSourse (a project of Gazprom Neft PJSC and Gazprombank JSC), we implemented an automated WMS system, installed elevator racks for storing components, and integrated robot pickers and packers. 

The entire warehouse infrastructure has been adapted to the smooth operation of smart technology. The result is high accounting accuracy, faster shipments, and strict discipline in production processes.

We also equip our equipment with our own production system, which provides remote control, diagnostics and monitoring of technical condition in real time, which is especially important for power facilities with high reliability requirements. 

Green energy

Participation in renewable energy projects is one of the priorities of Electronmash. We see this not only as a technological challenge, but also as a contribution to the sustainable future of the country.

Among the recent projects implemented in 2023 in the Stavropol Territory:

• 110/35 kV Kuzminskaya WPP substation, 160 MVA;
• 110/35 kV Trunovskaya WPP substation, 126 MVA;
• 110/10 kV Laganskaya SES substation, 62.9 MVA.

In 2025, the supply of 120 35/0.69 kV substations for Novolakskaya WPP will be completed. This is one of the largest projects in terms of volume, which clearly demonstrates the high level of trust in our team and production capabilities.

Reliable partner

Over the years, JSC Electronmash has been proudly supplying reliable equipment to JSC Gazpromneft-ONPZ, contributing to the development of one of the largest oil refineries in the country.

Over the years of cooperation, a number of large-scale projects have been implemented, including the reconstruction of the main 220/6 kV Aromatika step-down substation, the modernization of the aromatic hydrocarbon processing complex, the reconstruction of delayed coking, hydrotreating and dewaxing diesel fuel plants, as well as other key facilities of the enterprise.

A recent stage of work is a project to modernize the energy supply system as part of the expansion of a solar power plant. We jointly designed, manufactured and delivered to the facility four block modular transformer substations 2BKTP-ELM-2500/6/0.8 kV with a total capacity of 20 MVA, and one 3BKTP-ELM-2500/6/0.4 kV with a capacity of 7.5 MVA equipped with an electric energy storage system, the objective function of which is to compensate for voltage deviation and/or frequencies at the point of connection to the network.

This cooperation is a vivid example of the effective integration of innovative solutions into an industrial system.
