General information about integrated monitoring and control systems
Equipping the equipment with the software and hardware complex of the Monitoring, Control, and Diagnostics System will allow the Customer to provide operational services with complete and timely information about the condition of electrical equipment at low-maintenance substations or substations without operational personnel.
The implementation of the monitoring and control system in "Eltema" medium voltage switchgear (MVS) will address several tasks:
- organize remote monitoring and control of equipment without using SCADA systems;
- ensure real-time notification of events and faults in electrical equipment;
- ensure the collection and transmission of diagnostic information to the Customer's maintenance and repair system for analysis and forecasting to conduct planned work based on the technical condition of the equipment.
The implementation of the digital low voltage switchgear (LVS) "Assol" Digital at facilities, including non-digital ones, will allow the Customer in the future to realize the necessary functions of protection, control, automation, and monitoring without organizing additional discrete and digital connections in the LVS.
The software and hardware complex of the Monitoring, Control, and Diagnostics System is included even in the most basic configuration of the DC systems, providing management of the battery charging according to the selected operating mode. Additionally, equipping the DC systems with the monitoring and control system in its maximum configuration will enable the Customer to provide operational services with complete and timely information about the condition of electrical equipment at low-maintenance substations or substations without operational personnel.
