Panels of auxiliary systems
General information about panels of auxiliary systems
Auxiliary system cabinets are used as part of electrical substations of various voltage classes and are equipped with relay protection devices, emergency automation, telemechanics, and ACS TP (Automated Control System for Technological Processes) communication equipment.
The cabinets can be installed in capital, block-modular, metal, or reinforced concrete buildings equipped with heating and/or air conditioning systems.
The company "Electronmash" manufactures a full range of relay protection and automation cabinets for substations of 35–110 kV. Relay protection cabinets are designed to perform functions of relay protection, automation, control, signaling, and local emergency automation, which are provided by the digital terminals installed in the cabinets.
We produce central signaling cabinets, control cabinets, and combined central signaling and control cabinets in various configurations:
• with one or two sets of central signaling terminals;
• with a control panel with a mnemonic diagram and without;
• with equipment placed on the outer door or behind glass.
Electronmash manufactures a full range of automation cabinets for field, mid-level, and upper-level ACS TP/telemechanics, as well as network communication cabinets for organizing network infrastructure at substations.
Energy meters cabinets combine individual components of automated information and measuring systems for monitoring and accounting for electric power into functionally complete modules, considering all system requirements and ensuring high readiness for installation and commissioning.
Digital data transmission systems cabinets are designed to organize digital communication over fiber optic lines between automation objects, establishing channels for telephone communication, dispatcher telephony, telemechanics channels, and pre-emergency automation, as well as high-speed data transmission channels, transmission of relay protection commands, emergency automation, and control actions, and other types of technological traffic.
The company "Electronmash" manufactures any non-standard project-assembled auxiliary system cabinets, with dimensions in any of the three measurements selectable in increments of 200 mm.
