01 Maximum Safety

A reliable system of mechanical interlocks, a high degree of internal separation of the LV Switchgear, excessive relief valves and special screens to prevent contact with live parts when the modules are removed will provide the top level of personnel safety during equipment maintenance and repair.

02 High reliability and quality of products

Low-voltage switchgear Assol has been developed taking into account the specifics of operation at power facilities located in Russia and other countries. The resulting reliability of its structural design has been proven by tests carried out by independent test centers.
LV Switchgear 3D modeling, the use of high-quality components and an efficiently organized production process allow us to provide the Customer with reliable electrical equipment suitable for any special project requirements.

03 Convenient operation and maintenance

The design of low-voltage switchgear Assol ensures a quick access to busbars, cable connections and and enables hot swapping of withdrawable modules without the cabinet power off. Connection of loose cables and connections of main circuits with stabilization of thermal enlargements don't require maintenance during operation.
Mimic diagram of panels on the Switchgear facade and light indication of the modules state makes the process of switching clear and evident for personell. Monitoring system and motorized circuit breakers provide remote control of entire switchgear.
QR codes on the facades of the equipment provide quick access to the equipment technical documentation and contact numbers of technical support center.

04 Low-voltage switchgear design capabilities

The design of Assol low-voltage switchgear allows to manufacture panels of any overall dimensions, including non-standard dimensions, in width, height and depth, according toe special the Customer's and the project's requirements. Special wire-circuit boards used in LVS provide quick access to current transformers and contact connections during one-sided maintenance of the switchgear.
A wide range of standard layout solutions allows the use of withdrawable and fixed functional modules in the Assol low-voltage switchgear together or separately.

05 Monitoring, diagnostics and control

Low-voltage switchgear Assol is directly integrated with APCS and remote control systems of plants, automated dispatch control systems, adaptive distribution management systems (ADMS) and other data analytics systems using the comprehensive list of data protocols including IEC 61850.
The control and monitoring system of low-voltage switchgear Assol supports diagnostics and equipment performance data transfer to the maintenance and repair system to enable on-site preventive equipment maintenance.
