Shipment of indoor MV Switchgear 6kV inside modular building with Eltima switchgears for Verkhnechonskneftegaz, JSC was completed

Eltima medium voltage switchgears 6kV (3150A) to modular building were delivered at the Severo-Danilovskoye field, structures of Rosneft, PJSC. 

JSC "Verkhnechonskneftegaz" is a subsidiary of the oil company "Rosneft", it develops the Severo-Danilovskoye field, which is the base for the subsequent involvement in the development of three more fields in the cluster - Yuzhno-Danilovskoye, Verkhneicherskoye and Lisovsky. The Danilovskoye oil and gas condensate field is located 300 km from the city of Ust-Kut in the Katangsky district in the north of the Irkutsk region. Rosneft discovered this field within the boundaries of the Danilovsky subsoil area in 2011. Here it is planned to drill 95 wells on 10 well pads, most of which will be horizontal. The Severo-Danilovskoye field is an important production target for Rosneft, because it is the first field in the Danilov cluster that has high indicators in terms of quality and volume of oil produced.

As part of the project to increase the capacity of the power complex of the Severo-Danilovskoye oil and gas condensate field, Electronmash manufactured and supplied an indoor switchgear to modular building with Eltima MV switchgears 6 kV with a rated busbar current of 3150A. Eltima MV switchgears 6kV are equipped with anti-resonant current transformers, auxiliary transformers with air-barrier insulation, as well as high-speed optical arc protection in order to ensure increased reliability of electrical equipment in operation. To power the auxiliary needs of the modular building, an auxiliary cabinet was installed, made on the basis of the design of the Assol low voltage switchgear (LVS). The entire set of equipment, including the modular building, was manufactured in the short time in full compliance with the technical requirements of the project.

Electronmash JSC delivered the necessary equipment and components in a timely manner in compliance with all contractual obligations, given the situation and difficulties in terms of supplying components for assembly to Russia.
