Together with the specialists of JSC "SZIPK", a complex of works was carried out to create a 10kV telemechanized ZRU

CJSC NWIPK is an operating company providing the Tikhvin industrial site with electricity, heat, water, as well as railway and environmental services.

As part of the creation of a 10kV telemechanized control unit, four sections of the Eltima control unit cabinets, cabinets for network communications, a cabinet for control and control systems, an emergency control unit, and an operational DC cabinet  were installed. The local visualization panel as part of the first section of the control room provided the possibility of phased commissioning of equipment with integration into the automated process control system being created at the next stages of reconstruction. To ensure remote centralized control of the equipment operated as part of the ZRU 10kV, a software and hardware complex of automated process control systems has been installed and adjusted. In addition, the possibility of remote monitoring and control from the automated process control system and, for the convenience of operating personnel, from local panels in the cabinet of the control room and control room and in the control room 10 kV is provided. To ensure visual monitoring of the technical condition of the equipment and control of the actions of repair and operational personnel when working with technological equipment, a technological television video surveillance system has been installed for the territory of PGV-3 and the premises of the 10kV control room with the ability to transmit voice commands by the dispatcher to personnel working at the control room or in the control room.

During the reconstruction, the dismantling of the existing primary and secondary equipment, equipment for own needs and secondary cable connections in the 10 kV control room, the installation of four sections of the 10 kV control room and the VOLS between the OPU and the 10 kV control room, and commissioning work were carried out.

The reconstruction of the plant was carried out in difficult conditions of the current PGV-3, with the phased decommissioning of individual sections of the plant, without disconnecting consumers. Thanks to the coordinated actions of the specialists of SZIPK and Electronmash, a phased reconstruction was carried out and the commissioning of the 10kV telemechanized air defense system was ensured on time.
