The installation of a 35 kV substation and an OPU manufactured by JSC Electronmash for the 110/35/10 kV Iskra substation has been completed

The installation of a 35 kV substation combined with a general substation control point, manufactured by JSC Electronmash as part of the investment project of PJSC Volgdaenergo "Reconstruction of the 35/10 kV Iskra substation with conversion to a 110 kV voltage class", has been successfully completed.
The implementation of the substation reconstruction project will eliminate the problem of connecting new consumers in the area of the village of Ermakovo and ensure reliable power supply to the agro-industrial complex of LLC Ermakovo Poultry Farm, UOMZ, Plemzavod Maysky agricultural complex, social infrastructure and the residential sector.
The 35 kV modular control room manufactured by the Electronmash company is equipped in the factory with 35 kV control room cabinets "Eltema +" with one-way service and a communication cabinet that provides signal collection, digitization and control of 35 kV outdoor equipment. An ExOnSys DC system (with rechargeable batteries placed on racks in a separate room) and a substation's own needs shield are installed in the OPU room, and places have been prepared for the installation of RPA cabinets, telemechanics, and communications. All the equipment manufactured by our company for the 110/35/10 kV Iskra substation supports data exchange according to the IEC 61850 protocol. Despite the complexity of the interior layout and the features caused by the need to connect different-sized modules of the control room and the control room, the specialists of JSC Electronmash have developed the optimal solution that meets the individual requirements of the Customer.
The choice of JSC Electronmash as the manufacturer of the 35 kV switchgear and the ExOnSys operational direct current system for the reconstruction of the IDGC of the North-West power supply facility once again confirms the quality of the manufactured products and compliance with the Customer's industry requirements.
