First batch delivery of equipment for BPS-ELM 35/6 kV NWPC JSC has been finished

Electronmash company delivered indoor switchgears 6(10) and 35 kV for power supply mine ventilation system GOK "Oleniy Ruchey", NWPC JSC.
GOK Oleny Ruchey, a large-scale project for the extraction of phosphate raw materials necessary for the production of complex phosphorus-containing fertilizers, is a priority area of the Acron Group's investment program. The GOK's production capacity using open-pit ore is 1.2 million tons of apatite concentrate per year. Due to the development of ore extraction from an underground mine, the company plans to increase the production of apatite concentrate to 2 million tons per year by 2023.
Taking into account the climate features of the Murmansk region, all KTPB-ELM 35/6 kV distribution equipment is housed in compact, quick-to-assemble modular buildings with high factory readiness, equipped with the necessary temperature and climate control systems. The 35 kV and 6 kV substations from JSC Electronmash are equipped with 35 kV "ELTIMA+" and 6 kV "ELTIMA" two-way service control cabinets in the factory. The OPU room, combined with a 35 kV power supply system, is equipped with an operational direct current system "ExOnSys" for powering responsible consumers, as well as a heating system based on the NKU "Assol" and cabinets of secondary systems - ASTUE, RPA, RAS and CA. To compensate for the reactive component from motor loads, the UKRM installation is provided in the 6 kV power plant.
Carefully designed layouts of KTPB-ELM 35/6 kV modular block buildings, optimally selected components and well-thought-out circuit design solutions will ensure reliable operation of the substation and ease of maintenance for the operating personnel of the GOK "Oleny Ruchey".
