Electronmash shipped equipment for TP-78 Novokuibyshev Oil and Additives Plant (PJSC NK Rosneft)

The cells of the 6kV "Eltima" control panel (1600A), manufactured by JSC "Electronmash", were supplied to LLC "NZMP" for the isodeparaffination unit (IDW).
Novokuibyshevsky Oil and Additives Plant is the main production site for the implementation of a full–scale development strategy for the production of modern additives by PJSC NK Rosneft. The plant implements a program to develop the production of high-quality oils and is one of the first Russian companies in this industry to introduce leading technologies for hydrotreating refined products and isodeparaffinating oils from leading licensors, which significantly improves production performance and ensures the production of high-quality base oils.
As part of the isodeparaffination plant (IDW) construction project, Electronmash manufactured and, together with a trusted partner, Neftekhimmashservice LLC, supplied 6kV Eltima control panel cells with a rated busbar current of 1600A and a degree of protection of IP41. To increase the safety of operating personnel, all control cabinets are equipped with a technological video surveillance system for the position of a cassette-pull-out element (CVE) with a power switch and a grounding knife (ZN), as well as a non-contact temperature control system with DTP-300 pyrometric temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of the main circuits in the control room online. An ExOn SHOT is provided as part of the equipment supply for the organization of continuous power supply to responsible consumers with constant operational current.
The equipment data exchange with the upper-level system is organized using the IEC 60870-101 protocol, ModBus RTU.
Many years of successful experience in working with oil and gas sector enterprises allowed JSC Electronmash to manufacture the entire set of equipment in the shortest possible time and in full compliance with the individual requirements of the project and the Customer - Novokuibyshev Oil and Additives Plant (NWMP), PJSC NK Rosneft.
