Delivery of switchgears 6 kV Eltima and 35 kV Eltima+ for 35/6 kV Kotinskaya-Zapadnaya substation is completed

The substation is designed for reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers of the V.D. Yalevsky mine, which is one of the most productive and promising enterprises in Russia with underground coal mining. The design capacity of the enterprise allows producing up to 10 million tons of coal per year.
Modern 6 kV "Eltima" and 35 kV "Eltima+" control units will be installed at the 35/6 kV "Kotinskaya-Zapadnaya" substation. A special feature of the 35 kV control cabinets manufactured for SUEK-Kuzbass is the possibility of connecting both 35 kV overhead lines using a bus input from above and 35 kV cable lines from below. Visualization panels for connection controllers MIR KPR-01M are installed on the facade of the doors of the power switch compartment of the control panel. A special design development made it possible to ensure the placement of the visualization panel while maintaining the localization capability of the door, ensuring the safety of service personnel. To ensure real-time temperature control of the contact connections, the cabinets are equipped with a non-contact temperature control system with pyrometric sensors. To protect against an earth fault, a microcontroller device is additionally installed in the 6kV and 35kV control cabinets.
