Commissioning of the general substation control center at 110/35/6 kV Savelevskaya substation (PAO Orenburgneft) has been completed

The substation is being reconstructed as part of the program to improve the reliability of energy supply to oil and gas production facilities of PJSC Orenburgneft. As part of the program, a gas-piston power plant at the Pokrovskaya NPP and the 110 kV Vakhitovskaya substation have already been commissioned, and the construction of the 110 kV Rybinskaya substation is planned.
The Electronmash company manufactured RPA cabinets, accounting cabinets , an emergency event registration cabinet and a CSPI cabinet. An AC operational power supply cabinet and an ExOnSys operational DC system with ExOnChar transistor sounds with microprocessor control are provided for powering operational circuits. In the factory, all the equipment was installed in a block-modular OPU building, all secondary communications and equipment operability were checked and debugged. The modular design of the OPU building made it possible to ensure optimal transport dimensions and minimal installation and commissioning time at the facility.
When developing OPU equipment for the 110kV Savelevskaya substation, Electronmash specialists ensured compliance not only with the high requirements of PJSC Rosneft, but also with the industry standards of PJSC ROSSETI.
