Today, a huge number of low-voltage complete devices (LCS) are represented on the domestic electrical engineering market. The manufacturers of such products include CJSC Electronmash with its modular complete ASSOL system.

 

The presence of the term "system" in the product name is not accidental, since the Electronmash design group was aimed at creating an integrated distribution system designed for voltages up to 1000V and matching it with a 6 kV control panel. The task was complicated by a number of reasons, such as the classification of various units of the NKU ASSOL in a single system for the convenience of design organizations and operational services of customers, and when forming an order (a kind of concise table of low-voltage devices selected according to a single classifier).

 

The ASSOL project is designed for the domestic consumer, for whom the reliability of power supply plays an important role in the production process. As a rule, these are enterprises operating in a continuous technological cycle: the petrochemical industry, the pulp and paper industry, thermal power plant facilities, airports, and business centers.

 

One of the advantages of NKU ASSOL, in comparison with imported analogues, is the possibility of combining equipment from several manufacturers within the same project, which has a beneficial effect on cost characteristics. In addition, the implementation of circuit design solutions and the placement of electrical equipment is carried out taking into account the specifics of all applicable rules and regulations of the Russian Federation.

As mentioned above, the ASSOL system is modular. The value of the smallest module is 200 mm in three coordinates. The complete set of NC cabinets with unified modules and blocks allows you to efficiently configure any possible number of design solutions, quickly replace and supplement modular structures without relieving stress from busbars and adjacent shield connections.

The structural composition of NKU ASSOL is very extensive and is constantly being expanded in accordance with the requirements and wishes of customers. In the basic design, according to their functional purpose, the NC cabinets are divided into:

Input cabinets.
Partitioning cabinets.
Cabinets for cable and bus connections.
Cabinets of outgoing lines.
The most optimal circuit design and design solutions have been developed for all types of cabinets.

Taking into account the ever-increasing individual needs of customers, cabinets and free-design units are provided in the ASSOL system. At the request of the customer, automation equipment, relay or microprocessor protection, capacitor installations, control and measuring devices, etc. can be placed in these elements of the control system.

It should be noted that there is a wide range of stationary and extendable unified modules that allow flexible and easy configuration of cabinets for outgoing lines.

Thus, the new technical solutions underlying the NKU ASSOL make it possible to ensure:

Scalability.
Due to its modular design, it is possible to manufacture from complete transformer substations to individual automation panels based on the NKU ASSOL.
A variety of constructive solutions.
NKU "ASSOL" consists of modular elements, which makes it possible to perform input and switchgear of any configuration with various options for dividing functional units into rated currents up to 7100 A.
Simplicity, convenience and safety of maintenance.
All necessary electrical equipment is installed in fixed or extendable unified modules, all controls are located on the front side. NKU ASSOL is equipped with all necessary locking systems. The installation of pull-out modules with equipment or the use of pull-out switching devices allows them to be serviced without stress relief while ensuring the safety of work. Operation control and management are carried out without opening the doors. At the request of the customer, all the display devices can be placed in a separate structure. 
High reliability.
The use of modern circuit solutions for the distribution and management of electric power based on advanced components from leading manufacturers (ABB, Schneider Electrics, Finder, Elsteel), self-starting units, control devices, relay or microprocessor protection, network automation and alarm systems ensure high reliability of both the NKU ASSOL and the entire electrical installation. as a whole.
 The NKU ASSOL system has a certificate of conformity No. ROSS RU.ME05.B02942 and complies with the requirements of the normative documents GOST R 51321.1-2000 and GOST R 51732-2001.
