Electronmash manufactured and supplied 0.4 kV main switchboard with reactive power compensation device for Anchor GROUP LLC

The delivery of the main switchboards has been completed as part of the construction of an industrial complex for the production of silicon wafers and photovoltaic converters.

EnCOR Group LLC (part of Unigrin Energy Group) continues construction of a modern import-substituting industrial complex for the production of equipment for solar energy on the territory of the Chernyakhovsk Industrial Park. It will be the largest plant in Eastern Europe for the production of solar plates and cells with a total area of 19.5 hectares. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create more than 750 new jobs with an increase in their number to 1,150, in turn, the enterprise itself will produce mainly for export silicon wafers and cells with a volume of 1.3 GW and 1 GW per year.

As part of the project for the construction of a production and warehouse complex, Electronmash manufactured and supplied seven main two-section 0.4 kV switchboards with two reactive power compensation units for each switchboard in the building of the PS. The 0.4 kV main switchboard are made on the basis of the Assol LVS with a current of 4000 A busbars and a current of 55 kA thermal resistance. In order to increase the level of reliability, forced ventilation was organized in the LVS, which is switched on from a temperature sensor, and cooling fans and temperature control regulators were installed in reactive power compensation device.

All electrical equipment and accessories to it were manufactured and delivered together with a proven partner "Limakmarashstroy" (LLC "LMS") in the shortest possible time with full compliance with the technical, operational and industry requirements of the project.
