Electronmash performed the function of a general contractor for Mnogovershinnoye JSC in the Khabarovsk territory.

Electrical switchboard equipment has been supplied, application software has been developed, construction, installation and commissioning works are being conducted as part of the construction of treatment facilities for Mnogovershinnoye JSC.

Mnogovershinnoye JSC is a city-forming enterprise specializing in the extraction of gold-bearing ore by open-pit and mining methods.  More than 4 tons of gold are mined annually in the quarries and tunnels of Mnogovershinny. The mining industry is one of the basic industries in the Khabarovsk territory's economy. It accounts for more than 6% of the gross regional product.

Electronmash engineers have developed application software for the facility as part of the project. The automated process control system was created in order to reduce the influence of the human factor on the technological process and increase the efficiency of process control of a flood mine water treatment plant with a capacity of 1,500 м³/hour (36,000 м³/day). Functions performed by the software: information collection, analysis, diagnostics and process control; automated control; reduction of equipment downtime; increasing the reliability of equipment operation. In addition to this, a modern distributed control system has been introduced with the decentralization of signal input/output cabinets. The automated control system was implemented on the basis of a modern software logic controller of our "silver partner" - OWEN.

As part of the construction contract, "Electronmash" also supplied electrical switchboard equipment - substation automation panels. He ensured the implementation and integration of the following systems: alarm systems, security and fire alarm systems, video surveillance, emergency fire alarm systems, warning and evacuation management systems, access control and management systems.

At the moment, construction, installation and commissioning works of automated process control systems and low-current systems are underway at the sites of the Mnogovershinnoye JSC flood mine water treatment plant. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in August 2024.

It is worth noting that the Mnogovershinnoye deposit is located in a remote area, to which there is no permanent road connection: on the left bank of the Lower Amur in the Nikolaevsky district of the Khabarovsk territory. But the logistical task was solved quickly by the staff of Electronmash. The crossing of vehicles across the Amur river was carried out by ferry service, as well as by ice crossing.
