01 Maximum Safety

The design, which provides a safe connection of cable and overhead lines, as well as connect the indoor switchgear to the transformers, reliable systems of mechanical and electrical interlocks, internal division of the MV switchgear into compartments and localization of the arc in a short circuit within any compartment of the cabinet will provide the highest level of safety of staff during maintenance and repair of indoor switchgear equipment.

03 Modular building design capabilities

The reinforced all-welded steel structure provides 100% rigidity of the modular building modules and very easy to transport and installation of the modules on various foundations.

Doors and gates provide an opportunity personnel to mount additional equipment without dismantling modular building structural elements, because it open 120 ° in indoor switchgear.

Detailed technological design development of the product makes it possible to manufacture various forms of modular building modules, which provide the implementation of different layouts in the indoor switchgear.

04 Convenient operation

3D modeling of quipment and all additional units  provides the correct ergonomics of the Indoor Switchgear, convenient access to equipment, current transformers, busbar bridges and cable connections. Product design provides for connections of the main circuits with stabilization of thermal enlargementns that do not require maintenance during operation.
QR codes, which are located on the facades of the Indoor Switchgear equipment, provide quick access for personnel to the technical documentation for equipment and contact numbers of technical support center.

05 Monitoring, diagnostics and control

Equipment of indoor switchgear is directly integrated with APCS and remote control systems of plants, automated dispatch control systems, adaptive distribution management systems (ADMS) and other data analytics systems using the wide list of data comminication protocols including IEC 61850.

The control and monitoring system supports diagnostics and performance data transfer equipment of indoor switchgear to the maintenance and repair system to enable on-site preventive equipment maintenance.

NovaWind JSC

In 2023, JSC Electronmash performed general contracting services for JSC NovaVind for the construction of an electric grid complex to ensure the supply of power and electricity from Kuzminskaya WPP in the Stavropol Territory with a total installed capacity of 160 MW. The planned average annual electric power generation of the Kuzminskaya wind farm is 457,760 MWH/year. h.

The company JSC "Electronmash" has completed a full range of works, including:

  • manufacture and comprehensive supply of equipment for a 110 kV Outdoor switchgear, a 35 kV Outdoor switchgearcombined with a wind turbine power plant;
  • preparation and organization of the construction site; a complex of works according to the master plan (including vertical layout, landscaping and reclamation of the area, etc.);
  • a complex of general construction works at the 35/110 kV substation;
  • the complex of electrical installation works on substation 35/110 kV;
  • installation and commissioning of relay protection and automation devices;
  • comprehensive commissioning works for a 110 kV Outdoor switchgear, a 35 kV ORU combined with a wind turbine power plant.

We would like to thank JSC Electronmash for manufacturing high-quality electrical equipment for the 110 kV KTPB-ELM-110-5H/35-2×80000-2-21, performing construction, installation and commissioning work in a short time and in full compliance with the project.

 

It should be noted that despite the difficult situation with the supply of imported equipment, in August-November 2022, Electronmash JSC was able to implement the design and engineering solutions of the Facility for a 110 kV Outdoor switchgear, a 35 kV MVS, and a DC system in full within the time limits specified by the Contract. The specialists of the operating company highly appreciated the individual approach and organization of the operational technical support provided by the employees of JSC Electronmash during the work at the facility.  

 

The implementation of renewable energy projects creates new jobs, tax revenues to the regional and federal budgets, and increases the stability and reliability of electricity supply. We would like to thank JSC Electronmash for their professionalism and teamwork.
