ELTEMA+ switchgear is a range of reliable state-of-art air-insulated switchgars 35 kV air insulated busbars located at the top or bottom of the switchgear, with wide range of nominal parameters up to 2500A and 31.5 kA, which allow us to use equipment in traditional and digital power facilities in any industry.

01 Maximum Safety

Reliable systems of mechanical and electrical interlocks, internal rigid separation of 35 kV switchgear into compartments and Isolation of short-circuit faults within one compartment of the cabinet will provide the top level of personnel safety during equipment maintenance and repair.

02 High reliability and quality of products

Medium voltage switchgear ELTEMA+ has been developed taking into account the specifics of operation at power facilities located in Russia and other countries. The resulting reliability of its structural design has been proven by tests carried out by independent test centers.
Thanks to the wide range of main circuit arrangements that include high quality components and an efficient set up of the production process, we can offer our Customers reliable electrical equipment suited to any specific project requirements.

03 Convenient operation and maintenance

The design of the Eltima+ MV switchgear provides a quick access to cable connections, has a voltage transformer with an integrated truck, a current transformer with an integrated truck inside each cabinet MVS, and also provides for main circuit connections with thermal expansion stabilization that do not require maintenance during operation.
A specially designed easily controlled service truck makes it easy to roll a heavy circuit breaker into the service area.
QR-codes are provided on the front walls of our cabinets for quick personnel access to the technical documents and the support center contact number.

04 Convenient switching

A dynamic symbolic chart showing statuses of the switching devices and positions of withdrawable units and earthing blades as well as inspection windows on the front walls of the cabinets make all operations with the switchgear clearly visible. Smart visual stickers on the front walls contain brief local guidelines for the personnel to facilitate switching and maintenance operations on the switchgear.

05 Monitoring, diagnostics and control

Medium voltage switchgear ELTEMA+ is directly integrated with APCS and remote control systems of plants, automated dispatch control systems, adaptive distribution management systems (ADMS) and other data analytics systems using the wide list of data comminication protocols including IEC 61850.
The control and monitoring system of medium voltage switchgear ELTEMA+ supports diagnostics and equipment performance data transfer to the maintenance and repair system to enable on-site preventive equipment maintenance.
Medium voltage switchgear ELTEMA+ can house motorized drives and supports remote control of power switches, withdrawable units and earthing blades with video monitoring of their positions.
