The general contract includes a full range of works on the creation of the facility: the organization of construction and construction camp, design, construction and electrical installation, supply of electrical equipment, commissioning, execution of executive documentation in accordance with the approved technical requirements of the Customer, as well as the commissioning of the facility.
Technical solutions
In accordance with the Customer's requirements, design documentation was developed and a block 110/10kV transformer substation with an installed capacity of 62,900 kVA was manufactured.
Structurally, the substation consists of 110 kV and 10 kV open switchgears, a 10 kV closed switchgear located in a block-modular building combined with a general substation control center, power transformers and other structures. The KTPB was supplied on a turnkey basis, so the Customer received a complete set of mounting elements at the facility, including: floodlight masts, lightning rods, oil intake devices for a power transformer, Outdoor switchgear bushing portals, fences and other elements provided for in the working documentation developed during the contract.
As part of the landscaping, the land was planned and driveways were installed to provide convenient access to the facility and increase the operational readiness of the facility's infrastructure. Under the general contract, a full range of land works has been completed, including the construction of foundations for equipment and buildings.
There are 22 cells of the Eltema 10 kV control panel with a rated busbar current of 2000 A in the 10 kV control panel building. The Eltema control room is equipped with Russian-made equipment: power vacuum circuit breakers, current transformers, surge arresters, counters. The introduction of 10 kV lines into the building is carried out by means of bus bridges and pass–through insulators in the wall of a block modular building. The outgoing lines are made by a power cable. The Indoor switchgear has its own ExOnSys-S 80Ah DC system, which is equipped with a flexible monitoring, diagnostic and control system with an advanced analytical tool that allows to increase the reliability of power supply to responsible consumers and the functioning of power supply systems. Data collection and transmission from the 10 kV control panel to the upper level is organized using the IEC 61850 protocol. There is also an Substation control room located in the Indoor switchgear building, which provides relay protection panels that are designed for reliable and selective protection of equipment from emergency modes of operation. The control center is equipped with a 0.4 kV Assol utility panel to provide power to the substation's own equipment.
