The building of the 110/35/6 kV Fabrika substation is of a block-modular type, consisting of modules of high factory readiness. To manufacture and supply 6 kV and 35 kV control units, closed type, using roll-out cells, of the control unit type, with a service life of at least 5 years before the first maintenance.

Creation of an electricity supply system for the facilities of the Ozerny mining and Processing plant.

Technical solutions

As part of the construction of the main 110/35/6 kV Fabrika step-down substation, Electronmash manufactured and supplied the 6 kV Eltema and 35 kV Eltema+ MVS. The 6 kV Eltema MVS are equipped with busbars with a rated current of 4000 A and a cut-off current of 40 kA. The 35 kV Eltima+ switchgear is made with a lower arrangement of busbars designed for a rated current of 1000 A.

 

For ease of operation and increased reliability, all equipment is capable of two-way maintenance, which facilitates access to the main components during operation and maintenance. In the cells of the 6 kV control panel, the middle location of the pull–out element is provided, and in the cells of the 35 kV control panel, the lower location is provided.

 

The online contactless phase-by-phase temperature monitoring system of the main circuits allows continuous monitoring of the condition of the live parts, preventing emergencies caused by overheating of the contact connections. As an additional means of control, a video surveillance system has been implemented that records the position of the cassette elements and grounding contacts, which increases the level of safety during operation of the equipment.

 

Data transmission to the higher-level control system is organized via digital interfaces using the IEC 61850 protocol, ensuring high speed and accuracy of data exchange. 

 

The specialists of JSC Electronmash successfully completed all the work on time, strictly observing the technical requirements and wishes of the customer. The equipment has passed the necessary checks and tests, confirming compliance with the declared characteristics. Currently, the entire system is operating normally, without failures and complaints, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the entire substation.
