The installation supervision of the new BKTP for Gazpromneft-ONPZ JSC has reached the final stage

Based on the experience of previous cooperation with the Omsk Oil Refinery, the specialists of JSC Electronmash took into account all the existing Customer requirements already at the design stage of the new substation, which made it possible to manufacture the substation according to one of the standard solutions in the shortest possible time.
The new TP for the Omsk Refinery is designed to power the technological equipment of the hydrocarbon vapor condensation plant and is housed in six transport modules made of sandwich panels with the overall dimensions of the building: 26 meters long and 5.5 meters wide. To ensure the temperature and humidity regime, the substation building is equipped with an automatic heating and ventilation system. The building's ventilation system provides for guaranteed air supply from a height of 15 meters, while gas analysis of the composition of the incoming air is performed with a signal when the maximum permissible concentration of dangerous gases is exceeded.
The substation is equipped with two 630 kVA dry T3R transformers in protective casings. The input on the 6 kV side is carried out on the basis of gas–free monoblocks, and the distribution on the 0.4 kV side is carried out using RUNN "Assol" with a rated current of 1250 A with extendable modules and bus bridges to dry transformers.
To integrate the BKTP into the plant's unified dispatching control system, the substation is equipped with an automated control system cabinet, which collects and transmits to the upper level information about the status of power transformers, switches of gas-free monoblocks and input and sectional devices of the RUNN, as well as readings of consumed active and reactive energy.
The accumulated experience in modernizing the power supply facilities of oil refining complexes allows JSC Electronmash to manufacture complete transformer substations taking into account all industry requirements of the Customer.
