01 Maximum level of safety

The cunstruct of the outdoor switchgear 35 and 110 kV ensures high safety during operation for personnel, and critical controls are located in a sealed heated compartment, which eliminates the formation of condensate near the control circuits. The presence of mechanical interlocks of the earthing switches depending on the position of the disconnector blades and electromagnetic interlocks of the drives eliminates incorrect switching on the outdoor switchgear.

02 High reliability and quality

High reliability of outdoor switchgear 35 and 110 kV switching devices, developed taking into account the operating features at Russian and foreign power facilities, is confirmed by test reports.
Specially developed design of power units using high-quality components and an effectively organized production process allow us to provide the Customer with reliable outdoor switchgear equipment that is suitable for any special project requirements.

03 Constructive capabilities

The reinforced construct of the elements of outdoor switchgear that take up electrodynamic loads ensures mechanical immunity to short-circuit currents. The use of contact groups of disconnectors with a constant pressing force ensures minimum contact resistance throughout the entire service life, and the use of sealed bearing units that do not require grease allows the products to be used in a wide temperature range.

04 Ease of operation

Ergonomic placement of the control units of the switching devices ensures easy access to them when working on the site of the switchgear on any type of foundation, and heating and lighting of the control cabinet for the drives of the 35 and 110 kV switchgear equipment increases the ease of operation. QR codes placed on the equipment provide quick access for personnel to technical documentation and contact numbers of the technical support center.

05 Control and monitoring

The equipment of the open switchgear is equipped with drives with a two-stage gearbox to ensure reliable local or remote and reduce the amount of consumed direct current from the systems of the operational direct current system. The equipment is controlled locally or remotely. The readings of the SF6 gas pressure in the equipment with SF6 insulation are always reduced to a temperature of 20°C, which excludes their false interpretation at low temperatures.

Special prices for components from leading Russian and foreign manufacturers, our own modern machine park and short production cycle form the optimal cost for switching equipment of the switchgear. NovaWind JSC

In 2023, JSC Electronmash performed general contracting services for JSC NovaVind for the construction of an electric grid complex to ensure the supply of power and electricity from Kuzminskaya WPP in the Stavropol Territory with a total installed capacity of 160 MW. The planned average annual electric power generation of the Kuzminskaya wind farm is 457,760 MWH/year. h.

The company JSC "Electronmash" has completed a full range of works, including:

  • manufacture and comprehensive supply of equipment for a 110 kV Outdoor switchgear, a 35 kV Outdoor switchgearcombined with a wind turbine power plant;
  • preparation and organization of the construction site; a complex of works according to the master plan (including vertical layout, landscaping and reclamation of the area, etc.);
  • a complex of general construction works at the 35/110 kV substation;
  • the complex of electrical installation works on substation 35/110 kV;
  • installation and commissioning of relay protection and automation devices;
  • comprehensive commissioning works for a 110 kV Outdoor switchgear, a 35 kV ORU combined with a wind turbine power plant.

We would like to thank JSC Electronmash for manufacturing high-quality electrical equipment for the 110 kV KTPB-ELM-110-5H/35-2×80000-2-21, performing construction, installation and commissioning work in a short time and in full compliance with the project.

 

It should be noted that despite the difficult situation with the supply of imported equipment, in August-November 2022, Electronmash JSC was able to implement the design and engineering solutions of the Facility for a 110 kV Outdoor switchgear, a 35 kV MVS, and a DC system in full within the time limits specified by the Contract. The specialists of the operating company highly appreciated the individual approach and organization of the operational technical support provided by the employees of JSC Electronmash during the work at the facility.  

 

The implementation of renewable energy projects creates new jobs, tax revenues to the regional and federal budgets, and increases the stability and reliability of electricity supply. We would like to thank JSC Electronmash for their professionalism and teamwork.
