Factory acceptance tests of the 0.69/0.4 kV BKTP have been completed with the participation of representatives of ZapSibNeftekhim LLC (PJSC SIBUR Holding)
24 November 2017

The implementation of the plant construction project will allow processing of hydrocarbon raw materials into various grades of polymers with a production capacity of up to 2 million tons per year. It is planned to use associated petroleum gas processing products as raw materials, which is still being flared in significant quantities in oil fields. Therefore, the processing of a wide fraction of hydrocarbons contained in APG will benefit both the ZapSibNeftekhim enterprise and the environment of the Tyumen region. Upon completion of construction, the new factory complex will become part of the Tobolsk Industrial Site, which unites the already operating enterprises Tobolsk-Neftekhim and Tobolsk-Polymer.
The substation is made in a block-modular building and is designed to supply electricity to the rainwater collection and pumping unit No. 2 in two voltage classes at once: 0.69 kV and 0.4 kV. The substation includes 0.69 kV and 0.4 kV Assol switchgears that supply the facility's propulsion loads, specialized dry transformers, an in-house system and an automated control system that integrates the substation into the ASDUE using the IEC 61850 protocol. The substation building is equipped with a fire alarm system and a microclimate maintenance system.
Based on the results of successful acceptance tests, representatives of the parties signed an Acceptance Protocol.
