Electronmash, with the function of a general contractor, has completed the construction of the 110/35 kV Trunovskaya substation.

The Electronmash company built a transformer substation for the Trunovskaya WPS with a capacity of 126 MVA and successfully commissioned it.
Trunovskaya wind farm is already the ninth wind farm in the south of Russia and the seventh in the Stavropol Territory of NovaVind JSC. The station consists of 38 wind power plants with a capacity of 2.5 MW each. The planned average annual energy production will be 225 million kWh. The wind farm will be able to provide electricity to more than 40 thousand households annually.
Such wind farms make a huge contribution to the preservation of the Russian environment. Since they operate without carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere, which are typical for energy facilities that do not belong to the "green" category. According to experts, due to the increase in the capacity of the wind power plant in 2024, Stavropol region will rid the atmosphere of 1.2 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
The construction of the Trunovskaya WPS two-transformer substation began in January 2023. During this period, the team of professionals of "Electronmash" carried out the preparation of the site for the future facility, the design and construction of substations and auxiliary buildings. Also, within the framework of the construction contract, Electronmash manufactured and supplied: 110 kV Outdoor switchgear, 35 kV Indoor switchgear based on 35 kV Eltema+ MVS, which are designed for a nominal busbar current of 1250A.
In addition, the ExOnSys-S 60A direct current system has been supplied, which is equipped with a flexible monitoring, diagnostic and control system with an advanced analytical tool that allows to increase the reliability of power supply to responsible consumers and the functioning of power supply systems.
The Assol auxiliary switchboard, with a rated busbar current of 250A, is made on the basis of the LVS Assol design. It is also equipped with an advanced monitoring and prefabricated substations 10 kV and Low voltage switchgear monitoring and control systems, which combines a set of functionality for predictive maintenance of electrical equipment with providing operational services with complete and timely information about the technical condition of the equipment in real time.
Construction and installation and commissioning works by the forces of "Electronmash" were also carried out successfully. The entire project was implemented in a short time, in 8 months, which was made possible thanks to highly qualified personnel and the use of modern technologies. The commissioning of the facility took place on August 11, 2023.
From January 2022 to August 2023, our company built and commissioned three stations in the Stavropol Territory: 110/35 kV Berestovskaya WPS with a capacity of 63 MVA, 110/35 kV Kuzminskaya WPS with a capacity of 160 MVA and, accordingly, 110/35 kV Trunovskaya WPS with a capacity of 126 MVA.
