We continue to successfully perform the functions of a general contractor thanks to a clear production maintenance system (Total Productive Maintenance).  In 2023, our company built and commissioned two more substations in the Stavropol Territory: 110/35 kV Kuzminskaya WPP substation with a capacity of 160 MVA and 110/35 kV Trunovskaya WPP substation with a capacity of 126 MVA.

We have developed a modern solution that allows you to use a smartphone as a terminal to receive data on the state of a controlled system: from individual nodes within the MVS, LVS, Indoor switchgear and control panel to an integrated power supply management system for the entire enterprise or installation.

The company has manufactured and supplied SNES, which includes advanced solutions based on supercapacitors and inverters. We have successfully carried out installation supervision and commissioning of the ESS, ensuring high-quality and timely installation and commissioning of equipment at the facility.

Despite COVID-19, we were able to create a unique engineering and production system on schedule and adapt it to all the challenges of the time. All processes from the development of design documentation to the shipment of finished products are fully automated and standardized, the staff has the highest qualifications, labor productivity and our capabilities allow us to confidently look into our FUTURE.

The new challenges of the time are not only the supply of equipment and its automation, but also the development of sections of the information security project for the supplied equipment of the waterproofing de-waxing complex under construction at the Omsk Lubricants Plant.

We are back in the "green" energy sector and are carrying out general contracting work on the construction of the Berestovskaya – 110 kV Berestovskaya substation.

Our designers have successfully developed and tested an Eltema Pro control panel cell with a built-in 4000 A service trolley. The first contract for 50 cells was signed and shipped to the Customer early next year.

On February 4, 2021, the new production complex was launched. We have transferred the production of modern innovative equipment to it: digital transformer substations, including for "green" energy, solar and wind power plants.

The Electronmash solar station has been installed and connected to the system for its own needs. Now we use "green" technologies for ourselves.

Digital technologies help not only Customers, but we need digital technologies ourselves. To increase efficiency, we have implemented a digital warehouse using the automated warehouse management system WMS, installed elevator warehouses for storing components, implemented picker robots and packer robots, and changed the infrastructure for their smooth movement. The created warehouse ecosystem has significantly improved all considered performance indicators.

Together with FCC experts, we have optimized and reengineered the main production processes and identified several main areas of improvement. These are changes in the processes of picking products and delivering them to the conveyor, optimizing the location of the machine park, which led to a reduction in moving time and provided an increase in productivity per unit of production.

Investments in the construction of Russia's first modern production complex for the production of digital complete transformer substations and block-modular inverter installations for renewable energy amounted to more than 326 million rubles for JSC Electronmash. About 300 million more will be invested in retrofitting the new site.

The PAP-FOR Awards are awarded to pulp and paper mills, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and services for their successful contribution to the development of pulp and paper industry in Russia and the CIS. The successful operation of our equipment at the CBP facilities allowed us to become a laureate in the nomination "Energy Efficient equipment at the CBP enterprise".

The successful experience of creating digital substations using classical CPS technology allowed us to participate in the implementation of projects of digital substations with centralized control systems for Gazprom Neft PJSC.

The development of various modifications of electric power storage systems has come to completion and received a registered trademark, from now on we have "El Storage Home", "El Storage Industry", "El Storage Hybrid".

The localization of wind energy equipment is provided for by the state program for the development and stimulation of generation based on renewable energy sources in Russia . Our company has successfully participated in this process, and now the converters localized at our enterprise are successfully operated at the Azov and Murmansk wind farms built by ENEL under the PDM program.

We have completed general contracting work on the reconstruction of the 110 kV substation in Tikhvin, where, in an industrial facility, we carried out a phased reconstruction of the facility, including a 10 kV substation, a DC system, a high-pressure heating system and automated process control systems.

Our DC System have been delivered to IDGC of the North-West facilities, including the experimental digital substation of PJSC ROSSETI with a centralized Lsis substation of 110/35/10 kV Yuzhnaya substation in the branch of Volgdaenergo.

Having analyzed the needs of our Customers and the market of proposed solutions, we are starting to develop a modification of the MVS ELTEMA 35 kV with top-mounted arrangement of the busbar system with overhead busbars, which is especially effective with a large number of cable connections.

Electronmash participated in the construction of the first wind farm in the Russian Federation and installed eight PS receiving power from wind turbines for the Ulyanovsk WPP of PJSC Fortum.

Import substitution at Gazprom led us to the need to complete the working documentation and ensure the supply and commissioning of KTPB entirely from domestic components, including absolutely all elements of secondary systems and automation (automated process control systems, SCADA, field components and network-forming structure).

Our 6 kV MVS and monitoring systems have proven themselves well at Gazpromneft facilities. The successful implementation of MVS and Medium voltage switchgear monitoring and control systems for Gazpromneft allowed us to successfully move on to digital substation projects in the future.

For the PS of the Condensate Preparation Plant for Transport under construction Gazprom PJSC has successfully implemented our standard solution for distributed information input inside the CTP with the interaction of all systems according to the IEC 61850 protocol, made on a Russian element base - from now on there will be no centralized I/O and no single brand in automation.

The delivery of high-quality equipment for the Lenenergo substation in a short time was appreciated. ROSSETI's letter of thanks to us highlights our efficiency, professionalism and customer orientation.

Our 35 kV PS are shipped via winter routes to our Customers – we must provide for everything from difficult transportation conditions to difficult installation and operation conditions.

Our Customers are beginning to actively implement IEC 61850 not only for MMS, but also for GOOSE. By order of TGK-1, we manufactured a LVS for the ES-1 Central Thermal Power Plant in Saint-Petersburg. At that time, it was the first industrial implementation of ABB EMAX 2 switches with IEC 61850 of this scale in Russia.

In order to ensure the possibility of carrying out routine maintenance on the entire section of the control room at the same time, we developed in the shortest possible time a widely demanded modification of the Eltema cell with an integrated trolley, which later became known as the Eltema Pro control room. The first cells of the new series were installed at the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant during the overhaul of blast furnace shop No. 2.

According to the technical requirements, we have manufactured equipment for the power supply of heating systems for the Prirazlomnaya offshore ice-resistant stationary platform (MLSP). Our equipment was awarded the diploma "The best company in the group of Energy Equipment for offshore development in 2014".

As part of the construction of an iron smelter in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar under an export supply contract, our equipment received a modification for a tropical climate. Our engineers performed a complex of commissioning works at the Customer's facility in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

The implementation of the PLM product lifecycle management system has significantly optimized the company's production workflow, and its integration with 1C has provided a unified information space for all product manufacturing processes.

For the first time, we have completed the supply and commissioning of the control complex for pumping units of the Yarudeyskoye field of YARGEO LLC. For us, this was the first delivery of not only power supply components, but also a complex technology management system, which we completed on a turnkey basis.

Electronmash passed the AIR LIQUIDE audit and was recognized as a qualified supplier of power supply equipment for the AIR LIQUIDE group of companies.

The results of the successful audit resulted in the supply of equipment for the power supply of industrial gases to Linde Gas Rus JSC in Dzerzhinsk.

To ensure the high tender and qualification requirements of our Customers, our electrical laboratory was registered with Rostechnadzor.

Electronmash has successfully acted as a designer and supplier of unique equipment for innovative digital facilities of PJSC Lenenergo as part of the development of the Petrogradsky District power supply scheme. The first complete 35/6 kV substation with a capacity of 25 mVA in a concrete shell with integrated automation, made according to the standards of the electric grid complex for JSC Lenenergo, was commissioned in 2014.

The accumulated experience in manufacturing equipment and the high engineering potential of the company allowed us to enter into general or partial contracts with the development of working documentation, supply of equipment, construction, installation and commissioning for several facilities, such as the reconstruction of the PS for Voronezhsintezkauchuk, the new KTPM and the reconstruction of existing facilities for Lenenergo.

We have carried out a complete revision of the products of direct current design solutions, a significant amount of typing and unification has been performed, special algorithms for DC panel and sound have been prepared, and a monitoring and control system for SOPT has been developed. All this resulted in the creation of a unified product of DC System "ExOnSys".

The creation of our own 35 kV MVS cell allowed us to continue our design work, carry out the necessary certification and enter the 35 kV MVS supply market. The first 35 kV substation provided power to SOLLERS-Far East, the first automobile plant in Primorsky Krai.

The company participates in the 20th anniversary international exhibition "Electrical Engineering 2013" in St. Petersburg. Our equipment and technological solutions receive the first place in the nomination "Electric Machines and Equipment" of the competition for the best Russian innovative technological solutions and equipment in the energy sector.

The development of the 6-10 kV Eltema Light MVS has been completed, and contracts have been signed for the first deliveries of Eltima Light control unit cells to the newly built Tikhvin CHPP.

Our company has successfully passed the audit of the French company Dresser Rand S.A. within the framework of the LSP-1 MLSP project named after V. Filanovsky. In cooperation with Dresser Rand, which is responsible for the gas compressor equipment of the technological part of the platform, we supplied control panels and MVS in marine design.

More and more often, our customers offer us a full range of work, including not only installation and commissioning supervision, but also the development of working documentation. To ensure our participation in such projects, we join the SRO "Injspetsstroy-Project". The company's staff grows to 250 people.

Having passed all the necessary tests, we received a Certificate of Conformity assessment of power equipment with Federal Standards of Industrial Safety and operating conditions at Gazprom facilities. Now our LVS and MVS equipment can be used in equipment selection procedures and applied at Gazprom facilities, taking into account the specifics of the production facility.

The design team has started developing a 35 kV ELTEMA+ MVS with a lower busbar arrangement. As a result of the design development, a unique 35 kV  with high technical, weight, size and operational characteristics was created at that time, which passed all the necessary tests of the Scientific and Technical Center of JSC STC Electric Power Engineering from the first announcement.

Our block-modular transformer substations have been installed at the most important facilities under construction for the upcoming Sochi 2014 Olympics.

We have moved to a new complex on Parnas, specially designed for the needs of our production, equipped with all the latest technological achievements. By the end of the year, the Electromash team consisted of 150 people.

In order to increase the company's competitiveness by regularly identifying and eliminating losses in business processes, to improve the manageability and flexibility of the company, improve the quality of equipment produced by the company and reduce costs, a Lean Manufacturing System was introduced. The production of equipment has been digitized and transferred to the conveyor production principle.

To participate in major projects of our customers, the company joins the SRO NPKSK Soyuzpetrostroy-Standard and receives a certificate of approval for installation, commissioning and commissioning.

The company has received a positive Conclusion from the certification commission of JSC FGC UES for DC System and MVS of 6-10 kV. The company's equipment was included in the register of certified equipment of JSC FGC UES.

The increased volume of Customer requests, the volume of preliminary design and the launch of orders into production required the company to partially automate these processes. To solve this problem, we have developed our own CafEL software, which provides the possibility of self-configuration by the user.

JSC FGC UES and CJSC Electronmash have signed an agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties in the supply of products manufactured by CJSC Electronmash to the facilities of JSC FGC UES.

The company has turned 10 years old, we are completing the construction of the new production complex "Parnas" and are preparing to move, and we also invite all our friends to the first serious anniversary of the company.

The first delivery of equipment corresponding to the certificates received was a set of equipment for the Sheksninskaya compressor station, one of the seven stations of the North European gas pipeline on the Gryazovets-Vyborg section.

The development of the 6-10 kV Eltema cell has been completed, and tests have been successfully conducted at the Scientific Research Institute of High-Voltage Equipment Engineering (JSC NIIVA). A specialized company, LLC Electronmash Engineering, was established to design and manufacture 6-35 kV equipment, and the best professional design engineers from St. Petersburg were invited to join its team. Obtaining a certificate of type approval from the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping at LVS Assol ensured our participation in important projects involving the installation of equipment on offshore shelves. And in the same year, our first offshore equipment was installed on the ice-resistant stationary platform LSP-1 for the Y. Korchagin field.

The significantly increased sales of LVS Assol allowed us to obtain the status of an exclusive trading partner of ELSTEEL.

The newly opened opportunities for our company allowed us to increase the number of staff. The company's staff consisted of 50 highly qualified, motivated, and ready-for-new-successes employees.

The successful sales of our low-voltage devices to provide process control to our Customers allowed us to become an official ABB partner in frequency drives and confirm our competence from ABB in the design and development of low-voltage equipment.

After successful acceptance tests and passing the industrial safety examination, the company's products received Permission from Rostechnadzor to use the equipment at particularly hazardous facilities.

GBE SPA has chosen us as its exclusive trading and service partner. As part of the joint activity, service and engineering personnel were trained, T3R transformers were certified in the Russian Federation, and a service center began operating.

The company has received an Atomic license to design equipment for nuclear installations. The first equipment designed under the obtained atomic license was delivered to the Leningrad NPP.

An extended audit was conducted by Transneft specialists and the company was admitted to participate in the Transneft tender procedures.

The design department of the company has developed an operational DC panel under the trade brand "ExOn". The main consumers of this product are companies in the oil and gas sector. Our first  cabinet is installed at the facilities of PJSC Tatneft.

The company's active activity aimed at creating an effective and stable management system for Electronmash has led to the fact that we have been able to successfully implement and certify the current quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000, which indicates the company's focus, first of all, on the needs of its Customers and increasing their satisfaction, the use of process and system an approach to business management, control of all business processes, and management decision-making based on the analysis of the data obtained.

To ensure participation in complex engineering projects, the company has obtained all the necessary building permits and licenses.

All necessary certification tests were carried out to ensure the sale of equipment under the registered trademark "Assol". The technical specifications (technical specifications) for LVS Assol were entered into the Unified data bank (DB) "Products of Russia". The individual registration number of LVS Assol is 017406.

A partnership agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation has been signed with the Danish company ELSTEEL. Together, we have started adapting the ELSTEEL extendable modules for use as part of the Assol LVS.

The company's staff has passed all the necessary qualification levels of training, the volume of purchased components for completing LVS shields has reached the required level, and we have received the Schneider Electric partner certificate.

The company's design department has developed a universal low-voltage complete device under the brand name Assol.

As a result of intensive commercial and engineering activities, the company was able to afford to purchase its own production and office building with a total area of 2000 square meters. meters on Tikhoretsky Prospekt, which allowed it to reach a fundamentally new level of production of electrical equipment.

As part of the reconstruction of the Tyumen Oil Company, we carried out engineering and supplied a set of electrical equipment for the reconstruction of the hydrocracking plant.

The first switchgear in the newly created workshop was put into operation at Syktyvkar LPC and is currently in operation.

A partnership agreement has been signed with ABB regarding cooperation on 0.4 kV equipment. In cooperation with ABB, the engineering and design staff was trained.

The company's young engineers have developed an oil production pump control station, which has been put into trial operation at the facilities of Surgutneftegaz JSC.

Even small projects require hardware implementation, and as a result of the feasibility study, it was decided to create its own electrical engineering production.

In 1998, young promising engineers combined their potential to create an engineering company in the field of industry and power supply technology, which later became widely known as a high-quality manufacturer of electrical equipment and a reliable partner for any engineering tasks from design and calculations to the construction of power facilities.

A cataloger for control and measuring devices was created, and sales of instrumentation and technological automation projects were actively developing.
