01 Guaranteed reliability of power supply

ELM DC switchboards ensures stable operation of electrical receivers and maintenance of stable voltage on undamaged sections due to selective disconnection of short circuits in the DC network. Continuous feeder-by-feeder insulation monitoring without injecting alternating current into the network allows for quick detection of the location of insulation damage, and special diagnostic algorithms for battery elements allow for monitoring its condition during power supply to consumers.

02 High reliability and quality of products

High reliability of ELM DC switchboards is confirmed by test reports in independent test centers. ELM DC switchboard is designed taking into account the features of its operation at various electric power facilities. The use of high-quality DC switching devices, secondary circuit components and an effectively organized production process allow us to provide the Customer with reliable electrical equipment that meets any special project requirements.

03 Ease of use

The placement of equipment and terminal blocks in ELM DC switchboards provides easy access for replacement, repair and maintenance.
An optimal set of indicator devices and a developed monitoring system allow you to quickly assess the state of the main parameters.
QR codes placed on the cabinet facades provide quick access for personnel to technical documentation for the equipment and contact numbers for the technical support center.

04 Constructive capabilities

Сonstruct of ELM DC switchboards allow manufacturing boards of any overall dimensions, including non-standard ones, in width, height and depth, providing the ability to implement the special requirements of the Customer and the project. A wide range of layout solutions allows you to make a board of the desired configuration, with the required circuit diagram of the main circuits in accordance with the nominal parameters of the switching devices, the dimensions of the cabinets and the ability to power from the DC Charger of various manufacturers.

05 Monitoring, diagnostics and control

Direct integration of ELM DC switchboards into APC and telemetry systems of the facility, SCADA systems, ADMS systems and other information and analytical systems. Integration is carried out using the entire list of data transfer protocols, including IEC 61850.

The monitoring and control system of the DC switchboard provides diagnostics and transfer of information on the technical condition of DC system components and the DC network to the Equipment Maintenance and Repair system for the organization of predictive equipment maintenance at the power facility.

06 Low total cost of ownership

Special prices for components from leading Russian and foreign manufacturers, our own modern machine park and a short production cycle form the optimal cost of equipment.
