Energy supply modernization project

4 × 2BKTP-ELM-2500/6/0.8-UHL1 are block modular transformer substations with a capacity of 20 MVA.
1 × 3BKTP-ELM-2500/6/0.4-UHL1 is a block modular transformer substation with a capacity of 7.5 MVA

Technical solutions

As part of the Omsk Refinery's energy supply modernization project, the concept of using an electric energy storage system and the basic requirements for a technical solution were formulated by Gazpromneft-Energoservice LLC, which acted as the general contractor for the project. JSC Electronmash participated as a contractor and supplier of equipment, and also assisted in the design and implementation of technical solutions in accordance with the specified requirements.

Electronmash has manufactured and supplied a complex of block-modular transformer substations that provide power supply to the facility and the integration of new equipment into the existing energy infrastructure of the Omsk Refinery.

As part of the facility's power system, ESS is implemented on the basis of supercapacitors. This equipment is designed to control the flow of electrical energy, improve the reliability of power supply and the efficiency of the power system.

To ensure the integrated operation of the equipment in the substations, the Eltema 6 kV MVS, 2500 and 160 kVA power transformers, the Assol 0.4 kV LVS, the ExOnSys S-series control panel and the automatic control system cabinet were used.

The ESS elements are controlled by means of an ACS cabinet, which provides centralized control and management of equipment, as well as the implementation of specified system operation algorithms.

Electronmash performed a full range of work on the implementation of its part of the project, including equipment design, manufacture, supply, installation supervision and commissioning.

MOC Ozerny

The new Ozerny, which will use new technologies that will increase the extraction of minerals from ore and reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, will be able to annually produce about 597 thousand tons of zinc concentrate and 82 thousand tons of lead.

GEF-2

The development of the large Kekura gold deposit located in the territory of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug is one of the promising Far Eastern projects. The approved gold reserves at Kekura amount to 62.1 tons, while the design capacity of the gold extraction plant for ore processing will amount to 800 thousand tons per year, which will provide 800 new jobs.

PS 110/35 kV SPP "Laganskaya"

The natural potential for the development of renewable energy in Kalmykia is one of the most promising in Russia. Solar power plants help to reduce dependence on traditional energy sources and contribute to the creation of new jobs, which has a positive impact on the economy and social infrastructure of the Republic. During the construction of the Laganskaya SPP, about 200 jobs were created in total, and 40 more will be added during operation.
