Electronmash completed a project to manufacture and supply 34 cells of the Eltema MVS for the needs of PJSC ROSSETI Siberia

The equipment was delivered as part of the construction of the 110 kV substations “Prompark” and “Zavodskaya” in the Chita Region.
For the Prompark substation, JSC “Electronmash” supplied 18 Eltema switchgear panels with a rated voltage of 10 kV and a busbar rated current of 1000 A. The Eltema switchgear is designed with double-sided maintenance, ensuring ease of operation, safe access to equipment, and suitability for substations with high reliability requirements. Data acquisition and transmission to the upper-level SCADA system is carried out via the IEC 61850 protocol, enabling integration into modern digital substations and compliance with the corporate standards of PJSC Rosseti.
The Eltema switchgear is equipped with Russian-made components, including circuit breakers, current transformers, surge arresters, and relay protection and automation terminals. The use of modern protection and automation solutions ensures selectivity, high speed of operation, and a high level of reliability for the power facility.
For the Zavodskaya substation, 16 Eltema switchgear panels were supplied with a rated voltage of 10 kV and a busbar rated current of 2000 A. The configuration also includes the use of Russian-made equipment, supports data exchange via the IEC 61850 protocol, and complies with requirements for import substitution and technological compatibility.
The panels fully comply with the requirements of PJSC Rosseti in terms of supplied equipment and applied technical solutions, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation of the substations and enhancing the stability of power supply to consumers in the region.
