Digitalization of processes as part of the company's DNA

Electronmash has successfully implemented a new generation digital warehouse system.

The company continues to systematically develop internal processes and implement modern digital solutions. One of the key steps was the successful implementation of a digital warehouse based on the automated warehouse management system WMS.

Previously, a similar system had already been implemented in the storage warehouse of LVS components, and the experience gained became the foundation for further scaling of digitalization. Now the same digital warehouse ecosystem has been created in the MVS warehouse.

As part of the project, the warehouse was completely modernized: modern elevator and carousel racks were installed, which make optimal use of space and significantly speed up operations for the selection and storage of components.

The created digital ecosystem has significantly increased efficiency: accounting accuracy has increased due to the full automation of processes, the speed of shipments has increased, and production discipline has become more transparent and manageable.

The result of the project was a fully digital warehouse, which provides a high level of control and plays an important role in the implementation of the digital transformation strategy of Electronmash.
