In November 2024, JSC Electronmash celebrated its 25th anniversary. During this time, we have gone from a small engineering company to one of the leading companies in the field of energy supply, automation and high-tech engineering.
Today we are a full—cycle manufacturing company with our own engineering, design and technological competencies. Our solutions are used in facilities where losses are not comparable to the cost of equipment, and reliability and trouble—free operation are key requirements. The range of manufactured equipment includes a wide range of solutions for digital substations and industrial facilities.

RMK and Electronmash: a proven partnership
Cooperation between Electronmash and RMK is a partnership based on mutual trust, high quality requirements and responsibility for results.
For example, for Tominsky GOK and Mikheevsky GOK, one of the largest mining and processing enterprises in Russia, we regularly supply modern energy equipment, including block-modular transformer substations, power distribution solutions up to 35 kV, and much more, designed taking into account specific operating conditions. The result speaks for itself: reliable, trouble-free operation even under conditions of increased loads and high demands on the stability of the power supply.
The Amur Minerals project, a key investment asset of RMK in the Far East, including the construction of a modern mining and metallurgical complex in the Amur Region, became a landmark stage of cooperation. As part of this project, Electronmash supplied transformer substations and switchgear adapted to the harsh climate of the region and the remoteness of the construction site. Our equipment already provides reliable power supply during the construction phase and will function effectively during industrial operation.
For us, this is not just production and supplies, but joint participation in large-scale projects on which the development of the domestic metallurgy industry depends. We are proud that the equipment from Electronmash works reliably in the heart of RMK's production facilities.
Digitalization of processes and equipment as part of the DNA of companies
Electronmash and RMK are developing synchronously, each on its own technological and production front, opening up new horizons. While RMK was inaugurating its modern headquarters in Yekaterinburg in 2020, we launched a new production complex in 2021, an event that was not just an expansion of our capacities, but a qualitative leap forward. This stage has opened up opportunities for us to produce innovative equipment: solutions for digital substations, as well as for renewable energy facilities such as solar and wind power plants. Together, we are moving into the future based on technological leadership, industrial reliability and ambitious goals.
Innovation permeates our products. The Electronmash equipment is equipped with its own digital control systems, which allow for real-time remote control, diagnostics and monitoring of technical condition. This is especially important for energy facilities with high reliability requirements.
Innovation is also a strategic priority for RMK. They were the first in the CIS to learn how to mine and enrich ore, mastered the technology of copper smelting, built the most modern copper electrolysis workshop on the continent and the country's only production of ultrathin copper foil.
The focus on efficiency, safety and caring for people is the result of a well—thought-out strategy and a true engineering approach of modern companies.
